The Ghana Ministry of Health (MOH)/Ghana Health Service (GHS) is in the process of developing a national strategy and plan for scaling up nutrition within the health sector. The strategy will outline nutrition activities, including community-based management of acute malnutrition (CMAM), that will be undertaken over the next 5 years. This report presents an analysis of the costs associated with the scale-up and institutionalization of CMAM within the Ghanaian health system over the 2013–2017 time frame.
