USAID’s Office of Food for Peace (FFP) requires development food assistance projects that will last more than four years to conduct a mid-term evaluation (MTE) mid-way through the implementation period. To support projects in meeting this requirement, FANTA and the TOPS Program co-sponsored a webinar in September 2015 to help attendees prepare and manage MTEs, and to learn more about the latest FFP policies. The webinar expanded on MTE objectives, timing, team composition; the roles of USAID and awardee project staff; and offered guidance for preparing statements of work for evaluation teams. Slides from the webinar are available in English, French, and Spanish.
