FANTA’s Uganda Nutrition Fellowship (UNF) placed 12 Fellows in nine host organizations, including government agencies, last year. The Fellows—who graduate from the program this October—are multi-talented, dedicated, and self-driven individuals with diverse skills.
Working with their host organizations, the Fellows engaged in a wide variety of activities, including nutrition assessment, counseling, and support as well as policy development, advocacy, and behavior change communication with key target audiences. The Fellowship also provided an opportunity to learn about various nutrition initiatives and provided valuable professional development and networking opportunities.
FANTA congratulates the Fellows on their hard work and thanks them for their dedication to improving nutrition in Uganda.
Meet the 2015–2016 nutrition fellows and their host organizations.
