Food Security Country Frameworks and Desk Reviews

FANTA works with USAID to develop Food Security Country Frameworks (FSCFs) and Desk Reviews to provide programming guidance to current and potential food security partners on Title II-funded development food aid programs. Each framework describes a country’s food security situation by identifying who and where the food insecure are, why they are food insecure, and what actions are necessary to reduce their food insecurity.
